“Swanson Rink utilized HEI security to perform a critical 184 camera CCTV security upgrade to the Stamford Town Center mall in Downtown Stamford Connecticut. This retail center is 853,000 sf. and is the largest mall in the state of CT. This mall opened in 1982 and was ready for a CCTV and technology infusion. I think what separated HEI from some of the other integrators and contractors we have worked with in the past is their ability to work through deep issues, even when those issues are not of their own doing. They were tireless in their efforts to replace a VMS system that was full of bugs, even when the manufacturer refused to step up and take care of the problem themselves. The newly installed VMS system could not function at a level that would meet the owners or the teams expectations. HEI Security, through its partnerships and relationships, was able to bring in a secondary VMS system, install it with minimal financial impact to the owner, and in the end provide a more stable, more user friendly solution.”
